Prior to OP he worked as an MBA intern at African Rainbow Capital. His career includes experience across emerging markets for multinational corporations in the logistics, supply chain, and power sectors. He was a financial analyst at Cummins and finance business partner at AP Moller Maersk.

Willem holds an MBA from the HEC Paris Business School and a BCom Hons from Stellenbosch University.
He is a qualified Chartered Global Management Accountant and a member of CIMA.
